Describing Famous People
Directions:
First, review the people adjectives with your students. Next, organize them into groups and have each group decide on one famous person from the picture sheet. Students must secretly choose only one celebrity for their group to describe. Before they decide on a celebrity do the example to give them an idea of how it works. The example mystery character is Tamori from Music Station. After students have chosen a celebrity and filled out the description sheet have each group present their mystery celebrity. Group members should take turns describing their mystery person. Other groups must listen while looking at the celebrity pictures. If a group thinks they know which celebrity it is they can raise there hand and say, "Is it ________?". The first group to guess correctly receives one point. The group with the most points at the end is the winner. Have fun!
