Running

The following is a list of races that happen throughout the year here in Akita. A half marathon is 22.36km.

Application deadlines for individual races may be more than two months before the date of the event, and often require a mail-in registration form or application via https://runnet.jp/ (both in Japanese only) so please decide upon your participation early and seek help with registration from your work colleagues or others who are proficient in Japanese.
