Preparation

  1. Tell the homeroom teacher that you need to use a CD player and an open space.
  2. Bring a CD containing the song "Seven Steps".

Rules

  1. Students stand in a circle holding hands.
  2. With the music count to seven and simultaneously take seven steps to the walk to the right.
  3. Then counting to seven with seven steps to the left.
  4. Stop, clap hands three times as you count 1,2,3.
  5. Clap your neighbor’s hands three times on your right and left while counting 1,2,3.
  6. Then slap your knees while counting 1,2,3,4,5,6,7.
  7. Then repeat clapping hands and count 1,2,3.
  8. Clap your neighbor’s hands on your right and left while counting 1,2,3.
  9. Then slap your knees while counting 1,2,3,4,5,6,7.
  10. Then repeat the actions as the song continues.

Notes

  • If you don't use a CD player, you can go faster and slower.
