Tegami ~Haikei Jūgo no Kimi e~ (手紙 ～拝啓 十五の君へ～, Letter ~Greetings to a 15 Year Old~) is a song written and performed by Angela Aki. It's an inspirational piece for 15 year olds, so it shows up at junior high school from time to time.
