Create a blog for your students

Creating a blog for your students will allow you to connect better with them. I tell my students that they can post questions and comments without leaving a name, so that they don't need to feel shy. I also moderate each and every comment and correct each student comment before it is officially posted for all to see. This way students only see the final perfect version of their comments on the blog.
You can also let students create their own blogs by using only their cell phones. You can check out the Oga Kaiyo blog to see how it works.
NOTE: Before going through all the work of making a blog you should check to see how many of your students have internet access at home.
