Make a small book (or page in a book) for each student who wants to participate. Put the rules on a bulletin board in the classroom or hallway. Each time a student talks to you outside of class, put a sticker in their passport, according to whatever rules you have chosen. For example, more difficult questions might be worth more than easy questions, and followup questions might be worth extra. When students fill up their page or passport, give them a prize, such as a (relatively cheap) object from your home country.
