Verbs

Verbs are a good topic. I teach verbs, and then different conversations that can use verbs for answers or questions. I find it easier to teach verbs as their own topic. I am not sure how teaching conversation is not a topic, and I am not sure where else it would go, but I think they are valuable topics to teach. Michael 14:30, 12 July 2010 (JST)

Teaching conversation is good, but it isn't a topic in the sense that "numbers" or "animals" are. This is why the link is in a separate section. Certainly conversation is important, so I see no reason to remove the link. Also, MEXT does not recommend explicitly teaching grammar to elementary school students, so though we use verbs in our lesson, we might not want to make a lesson about verbs. --douglaspperkins 11:11, 17 January 2011 (JST)
