Telephone Game
From Akita Wiki
Target age: Elementary school 2nd-6th grade.
- Make teams, where each row of students is a team.
- Give a set of small picture cards to each team. The kid sitting at the back of his or her row should place the cards face-up on his or her desk.
- One kid from each team, the kid at the front of the row, comes up to you. Secretly tell these kids a vocabulary word.
- They run back to their team, sit down, and whisper the word to the kid behind them. That kid whispers it to the kid behind them. Continue this.
- The last kid in the row hears the word, grabs the picture card for it, runs up, and gives it to you.
- Give points to the fast teams. Take away points from loud teams.
Notes
- The Telephone Game is called 伝言ゲーム (dengongemu) in Japanese.
