Books in the classroom

If you can find very simple picture books in English, reading it for the students can be a good time. Most books are too difficult, but there are a few out there that are simple enough and also interesting — your school library might even have a few.
- The Very Hungry Caterpillar. This book includes nature, bugs, colors, days of the week, food and fruits. Most schools and libraries have this book, and if it is in Japanese you can find the English story online to print.
- Brown Bear Brown Bear What Do You See?. This book is written and illustrated by Bill Martin Jr. and Eric Carle. This book includes colors and animals, and is great for 1st-4th graders. You can also make a variation of this book yourself. Online extras.
