In Charades, make 2 or more teams. 1 or 2 students act out a word or phrase using only gestures, no sounds. The teams try to guess what the word or phrase is.
Examples
Present progressive
- The boy is walking in the park.
 - The cat is watching the bird.
 - The men are fishing in the lake.
 - You are opening a can.
 - You are making a cup of tea.
 - You are watching a comedy on television.
 - You are trying to catch a mosquito.
 - You are reading a very sad story.
 - You are crossing a busy road.
 - Your are acting in a Shakespeare play.
 - You are waiting for the dentist.
 - You are eating a very hot curry.
 - You are changing a baby’s diapers.
