- After handing the students the worksheet, review the name of the various countries.
- Designate each student a nationality by handing out the slips of paper. Make it clear that they should keep their nationality a secret.
- Each student goes around and finds a partner. The students Janken. The winner asks other student, “Are you from ___?” and the student replies, “Yes, I am” or “No, I’m not.”
- If the answer is yes, have the respondent sign their name in the appropriate spot on the worksheet.
- When time is up, find out who has the most signatures.
- To save time students find a partner and one asks, “Are you from ___?” The other answers, “No, I’m not. I’m from China.”
