Block Leaders

The opening blurb says that block meetings are "handled by the Block Leaders instead of the Prefectural Advisors," but that is no longer accurate, correct? Apologies in advance if this blurb is just meant as a temporary placeholder. --SeanC (talk) 18:35, 9 December 2019 (JST)
