- Double-check the flow of bullet points matches the flow of the actual Online System WIP
- (as written they follow the pictures in the Operation Manual, which are of the webpage while it was still in development)
- Expand "Enter relevant information", etc., items to include bullet-point lists of all fields WIP
- Take screenshots from smartphone of links sent by email WIP
- Confirm if information in "Emails from Immigration" subsection still reflects the actual process, and update if necessary WIP
