You can remove that obtrusive arrow that affixes to every single outside link if you encompass your links in span tags like this:
<span class="plainlinks">[https://www.vill.kamikoani.akita.jp/div/kikaku/pdf/kouhou/0806kouhou.pdf ➀]</span>
Which will result in a plan link in your table like this:

Thanks for the idea, Sean. It was actually as simple as adding "plainlinks" to the class type of the table itself!
