Preparation
- Prepare a list of about 10 sentences about yourself and your family, some of which are true and some false.
- Try to find sentences that are difficult for the students to guess the answers to.
Description
Step 1:
- Divide the students into teams of 3-4.
- Read out one of your true/false sentences.
- Each team has to decide whether it is for real or not.
- It is best to appoint a team captain who will give the teams’ answer.
- Teams score a point for each correct answer.
Step 2:
- Now it is the students turn.
- Each student writes a list of 5-6 sentences about himself, a mixture of true and false. The first person on team one reads out a sentence, and the other teams guess if it is true or false.
- They get a point for each correct answer.
