Where are the aliens? is an activity to help introduce and practice prepositions with 1st grade JHS students.
Description
- Give each student a handout.
- Introduce and practice the prepositions; on, in, by, under, between, behind, next to. Perhaps bring a box and a teddy bear and have him sit in the various locations.
- Give each student the alien picture.
- First the students complete Step 1 alone.
- Next in pairs they take turns asking and answering where each alien is.
