Historic cautionary level changes

With the abolishment of the cautionary level changes system, all of the historic level changes have migrated to this talk page for ease of viewing.

Up to the 10 June, 2022 change, these previous templates have been extracted from the edit history of the COVID-19 main page, where the data existed before the creation of this template, and copied here for ease of access.
