Alphabetization
Re-alphabetized the restaurants section so that ramen shops starting with "Ramen" aren't listed under "r," but rather by the characteristic portion of their name (eg. "Ramen Shop San" under "s," "Ramen Yoshimoto" under "y," etc.). --SeanC (talk) 11:16, 9 December 2019 (JST)
Napolitan
"Napolitan" is the faux-Romanization of ナポリタン, the original, Japanese name for the dish. The name of the dish is derived from Napoli (English: Naples, Italy), the cuisine of which this dish is supposedly based on. Not to be confused with "Neapolitan" (i.e. the ice cream), even though the later is also a demonym of Naples.--SeanC (talk) 10:10, 11 January 2019 (JST)
