Festivals
Arranged the festivals into a table - name, date, area, and short blurb are listed.
My intent is to expand this table to include every festival in Kitaakita without making it absurdly long. More detailed descriptions of each festival can be found in the Festivals section of each town's page (Takanosu, Moriyoshi, Ani, and Aikawa).
Because the festivals will be in listed in chronological order, visitors to this page can get a sense of when in the year each festival occurs, without having to switch back and forth between each town's page. --SeanC (talk) 15:33, 7 March 2017 (JST)
