Old Aikawa schools in 東西南北 (tōzai-namboku) order. Also, presumably Seiyo would follow immediately after Minami before Nishi (because it occupies the same space but was founded later); though there is no reason why Chuo/Minami/Nishi and Seiyo would ever be on a list together.

Found an official list from 2012. This order of Aikawa's ESs is accurate. Aikawa ES was originally just the merger of Nishi and Minami, so in the official order it went between Higashi and Kita (up until they merged into Aikawa ES, too).

Compulsory Education Schools comprise their own category after JHS (ES→JHS→Compulsory Education Schools). Therefore Ani Gakuen comes after Aikawa JHS on a list of all schools. When Ani Gakuen was split into Primary and Secondary curriculums, sometimes (but not always) each building had its own place on the list: the Primary-curriculum Building came after Aikawa ES on the ES list, and the Secondary-curriculum Building came after Aikawa JHS on the JHS list.

• I was actually thinking something similar; maybe changing the indenting so the former school subsections were delineated more clearly (i.e. align the "Former Schools" cell with all the other cells above it, and having the subsection header cells stick out).
