The Yokote Recitation and Speech Contest 2019 (横手市中学校英語暗唱弁論大会) was held on Tuesday 3rd September at Asamai Public Hall (平鹿生涯学習センター) in Yokote. 27 students took part in the competition, 6 speeches and 21 recitations.
