The Kazuno Recitation and Speech Contest 2019 (鹿角地区英語暗唱弁論大会) was held on Wednesday 28th August at Kazuno Kōyrū Center (鹿角市交流センター) in Kazuno. 35 students took part in the competition, performing a total of 28 performances (7 speeches, 11 recitations, and 10 open).
This year was the 72nd annual competition.
