- Look at the pages and say the things you know.

- Look at the pictures and flags and ask them about what things they know or recognize.
- Have the children choose one of the world greetings. Then have them walk around the classroom and greet each other with their chosen greeting.

- Listen to the 3 people and write their names in the spaces of your book.

- Ask the 3 people which countries they are from, play the recording, and then ask each of them their names.
- Maria and Aleksi give a greeting. Have the kids check what to say when they first meet someone. First say your name, give a handshake, and then ask the other person what their name is.
