Use cards or digital materials. Ask how you read each one. Get them to guess what each means in English.

While checking the words, stick previously introduced cards on the board in groups (sport, vegetable, fruit etc.). Choose one of the cards on the board and give 3 hints about it. After the second hint, get the kids to write their guess in the space. After the third hint get them to write in their final answer. If they get used to it, get a volunteer to choose a card and give hints.

- スリーヒントクイズ：これまでに紹介した様々なものの英語での言い方を確認しながら， それらの絵カードを「スポーツ・野菜・果物」と分けながら黒板に貼る。 児童に，各グループがsport, vegetable, fruitであることを確認する。 貼った絵カードの単語１つについて３つのヒントを出す。 ２つのヒントで最初の予想を誌面に記入させ，３つ目のヒントで答えを記入させる。 慣れてきたら児童にヒントを出させる。
